All vaccination services are subject to an initial consultation with the Pharmacist to assess clinical suitability and therefore administration at the appointment is not guaranteed, but we endeavour to administer on the day if possible.
Chickenpox:
Suitable for those aged 12 months and over. Please note this is a live vaccine and therefore should be administered on the same day as, or one month apart from other vaccines. A full course is two doses, at least one month apart.
MMR
Suitable for those aged 12 months and over. Please note this is a live vaccine and therefore should be administered on the same day as, or one month apart from other vaccines. A full course is two doses, at least one month apart.
Shingles
Suitable for those over 50, or over 18 with weakened immune systems. This is an inactivated vaccine requiring 2 doses, seperated by a period of 2-6 months.
Meningitis Group B
Suitable for those from 1 month old and over. This is an inactivated vaccination requiring 2 or 3 doses depending on age.
Meningitis ACWY
Suitable from 6 months of age upwards. This is an inactivated vaccine requiring a single dose, providing 10 years protection.
Hepatitis B for occupation health
Suitable from 16 years of age upwards. Thisi is an inactivated vaccine requiring 3 doses. The standard schedule is 0, 1 and 6 months.
Private COVID Vaccination
Suitable for those 12 years and over, irrespective of prior vaccination or infection history. A vaccination can be given provided a patient has not received a dose of Covid vaccination in the past 3 months. Please note we can only currently offer an mRNA option. Unfortunately Nuvaxovid (Novavax) JN1 will not be made available to the UK market this season.
NB: The NHS currently offers a FLU and COVID booster dose to eligible patients. These can be booked via the National Booking Service or by calling 119 now. We provide both, but bookings must be made through the NHS.
HPV
Suitable for those 9 years and over. This is an inactivated vaccine requiring 1, 2 or 3 doses depending on clinical need.
RSV (Repiratory Synctival Virus)
Suitable for those 60 years and over. This vaccine is a single dose inactivated product and available on the NHS to those 75-79
Whooping Cough
Suiable for those who have had a primary course of Whooping Cough, in those 4 years and over.
